1 . Object 

The aforementioned “Customer” is the person or the legal entity who places an order for products through www.tahiti-arts.com .

The term “Product” designates any and all goods proposed for sale on the website

www.tahiti-arts.com and which are the content of the order placed by the Customer.

The present contract which concerns the products sold on www.tahiti-arts.com is placed between Vana Creations and its customers under a mail order selling system.

2 . Order

When a customer places an order on www.tahiti-arts.com , he automatically agrees without any restrictions to the present terms and general conditions.

Orders placed on line are handled through the Paypal system.

Once the order has been placed on line, Vana Creations will verify the availability of the products in stock and will send an e.mail to the customer. This e.mail will serve as a confirmation regarding the order placed and its payment.

Vana Creations reserves the right to refuse a payment and then an order, for any reason, but especially in case of low supply or unforeseen difficulty regarding the order placed and its delivery.

The sale is definitive once the customer has received an order confirmation and after full payment.

3. Price and Payment :

The prices listed are in American US Dollars.

They include the shipping and the handling fees through International Mail Services for the following areas : Europe - United States – Canada – New Zealand – Australia – French Overseas Territories and Departments.

Please contact us regarding delivery to any other destination.

The customer will receive an e.mail confirming the date of shipment of the order.

Cash On Delivery orders are not possible.

Please contact us regarding alternate methods of payment.

4. Receipt :

Once the order has been remitted to the mail service, the Post Office is liable for the safe delivery to the customer. The customer accepts responsibility for loss or damage .

On arrival, the customer must verify the conditions of the merchandise and report to the carrier any loss or damage within 24 hours.

If within eight (8) days, the customer has not formalized a complaint in good and due form, the complaint will be considered null and void.

5. Exchange or Refund :

If for any reason, the product doesn't meet the customer's expectation, it is possible to return it to Vana Creations within seven (7) working days for an exchange or a refund.

The product must be returned in its original packing ; the shipping expense is the customer's responsibility.

Additional charges may be incurred should the customer wishes to receive a refund other than through his Paypal account.
